Salary Range: $80,000–$115,000 (based on experience)

BrightStar Care of Greater Chester County is currently seeking a results-driven Sales – Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our non-Medicare, Joint Commission–accredited home healthcare and medical staffing agency. Our organization delivers comprehensive in-home care services, including skilled nursing and medical staffing solutions.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, territory development, and closing business in the healthcare space.

- Total compensation includes base salary plus quarterly performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and generate referral relationships across key verticals including:
- Healthcare facilities
- Physicians and clinics
- Hospitals and eldercare communities
- Healthcare facilities
- Drive sales for both private-duty home care and medical staffing services
- Create and execute marketing plans for new and existing territories
- Build and maintain relationships with key national account partners
- Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and community outreach activities
- Meet or exceed established sales targets
- Identify, develop, and participate in community-based marketing opportunities
- Establish strong working relationships with healthcare professionals within the territory
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or equivalent sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields
- Proven ability to generate leads, build referral relationships, and manage a sales territory
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with closing and directly asking for business
- Working knowledge of healthcare in both in-home and institutional settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance required
